Using the app requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and protect their password.
The user agrees to use the app lawfully and in good faith, in particular not to post offensive, illegal content or content violating the rights of others on the forum, in tournaments and battles.
The app is available in a free (Free) and paid (Premium, $2.49/month) version, which extends functionality with unlimited private tournaments and exclusive coupons, among other things.
The organizer of a private tournament sets their own tournament rules and prizes. GoFishly is not responsible for fulfilling prizes agreed between users.
GoFishly makes efforts to ensure the app works correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
